Usually 7 to 12 days. Large sofa sets and custom pieces are made to order and can take longer. We call you before dispatch.

Wrapped in layered corrugated sheet with corner protection. Large items travel by road transport and are delivered to your door.

Check the piece at the time of delivery. Any damage must be reported and the item returned on the same day it arrives. We do not accept returns after the delivery day.

A light coat of clear lacquer every few years keeps the colour even and protects the weave. We can advise on what to use.
