By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 and that the details you give us are accurate. Do not use the site to place fraudulent orders or to interfere with its operation.

Product descriptions
Every piece is made by hand from natural cane, so grain, colour and dimensions vary slightly between items. Photographs are of actual products but colour can shift with your screen. Small variation is a feature of handmade cane, not a defect.

Pricing
We take care to price correctly. If an item is mispriced we will tell you before dispatch and you can confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. Prices include tax; delivery is added at checkout.

Availability
Everything is subject to availability. Larger sets are often made to order. If we cannot supply an item we will contact you and you will not be charged for it.

Order acceptance
An order confirmation is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, a stock problem, or a suspected fraudulent transaction, and we will always tell you why.

Quantity limits
We may cap quantities per person, household or order, including across orders that share a billing address or phone number. Purchase for resale requires a separate wholesale arrangement with us.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Tamil Nadu.
